Spicy Olive Salad Aioli on a Tomato Sandwich

Yields 1.5 cups

Olive salad can really pull a sandwich together. By combining it with mayo, it becomes even more versatile and makes it easy to spread onto virtually anything! Although we suggest using it for sandwiches, you could also eat it as a dip or added to a wrap.


Ingredients

½ cup Spicy Serrano Mayo

½ cup Kewpie mayo

10-12 Pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped

10-12 Kalamata olives, chopped

2 tbsp Giardiniera, chopped

2-3 Pepperoncini, minced

2 tsp Capers, minced

1 clove Garlic, grated

1 tsp Dried oregano

1 tbsp Meyer Lemon Honey Living Vinegar

Black pepper

Assembly

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed. Spread onto sandwiches or wraps. We used it in a simple, heirloom tomato sandwich on focaccia.
