Sichuan Gourd Spice Cocktail Rimmer: You thought we would avoid pumpkin spice, didn’t you? Well, our take is far from basic, with tongue-tingling Sichuan peppercorn and tart black lime joining the classic pumpkin pie spices to complement all your warming wintry drinks. If you're feeling extra festive, this would be a great topping for gingerbread cookies too. 

Cranberry Blood Orange Shrub Syrup: All the classic cranberry sauce flavors, plus a few surprise additions like our fittingly festive housemade balsam extract and champagne vinegar make this a perfect mixer for your glass of bubbly or any other seasonal sippers.

Mulled Kombucha Cheeseboard Chutney: Unlike the bowl of mulled wine that just sits on the table for the whole party, this chutney will not be neglected. We start with orange oolong kombucha then layer in pear, apple, lingonberry, sweet onions, red winevinegar, vermouth, and an array of spices for a chutney that seamlessly transitions from the cheeseboard to the main event. And if you're feeling extra cheesy, top a wheel of brie with this chutney and bake it for a retro app we can't get enough of.

Pineapple Cherry Smoked Honey Glaze: Know that tacky retro ham studded with sticky pineapple rings, bright red maraschino cherries, and whole cloves? This glaze takes all those kitschy flavors and reinvents them for the modern kitchen with pineapple, sour cherries, preserved lemon, and smoked honey. Use it on ham, chicken wings, tofu, or anything else that would benefit from a little bit of sweet, sour, and smoky at once.
