Gallica: This summer-ready rosé is named for the famous French rose species, but the crisp, salty flavor alone is enough to transport anyone straight to the Côte d’Azur. Tart rhubarb, fresh strawberry, and bright lemon lead the way, with a hint of savory allspice and cooling sage lingering in the background. Solid structure comes courtesy of a blend of green, white, and oolong teas, while lightly floral rosehips and a saline finish bring that je ne sais quoi that keeps you coming back for more.
Ribes: The Ribes are immaculate with this rosé built on a base of tart green apple, strawberry, German riesling grapes, and black currant—a member of the ribes genus of plants. Livening things up are a few of our favorite foraged flavors: Wild ginger and sumac bring a hit of floral spice, while cedar leaves amp up the freshness, creating a unique balance of fresh and savory that can only be described as good vibes.
Junos: Blindingly bright, pithy grapefruit finds its match in captivating and aromatic yuzu (aka citrus junos) to form the base of this vibrant summer sipper. Overripe cherries and delightfully tart gooseberry flesh out the citrus, while grassy sencha tea balances the restrained floral nose.
