Take a trip to the Greek islands with every sip of this refreshingly herbal white inspired by the Mediterranean Sea. Green apple, kiwi, and verjus set a lean backbone, complemented by the marine notes of Gyokuro green tea and the cooling effects of mint and wormwood. On the finish, a woodsy one-two punch of Tears of Chios and rosemary washes everything back to shore just in time for dinner. Opa!

If you’re going to drink rosé all day, it better be delicious and interesting. Tart, tannic pomegranate meshes with zesty grapefruit and fresh red raspberry for a complex fruity backbone but magnolia berry, aka five-flavor-fruit, makes it all come together—touching every note on the flavor spectrum. This month marks the launch of Proxies in select retail markets. Pastiche is one of the first four retail offerings and we wanted you to be first to get a taste. Lychees combine with pineapple, peach, and rose vinegar, underscored by bitters crafted from pink peppercorn, amchur, galangal, and clove. Tropical Mosaic hops and a blend of teas complete the package, bringing a lush texture and long finish to this arrestingly aromatic white.
