Lychee’s everlasting sweetness is balanced out by Champagne vinegar for a bright and floral addition to a cold glass of anything bubbly—sparkling water, a Gin and Tonic, or, yes, Champagne!
Makrut lime leaf bitters and burnt mandarin orange peel bring rounded citrus notes to the background to keep you coming back for more.
DIRECTIONS:
Add 1 tbsp to 250 ml of sparkling water. For a full-on flavor trip, experiment with adding to cocktails, sparkling wine, tea, ice cream sundaes, and more. Refrigerate after opening.
