Working with Sherman inspired us to embrace our inner experimental artist, juicing celery, lovage, dandelion, basil, borage, garlic chives, and mustard—ingredients grown in Sherman’s home garden in California—to create something truly singular. Make it the secret ingredient in your new house dressing, but don’t be afraid to try it on grilled meats, or as a finishing dose of acid for any vegetable soup.
