Strawberry Rosé Vinegar Gin Fizz

Strawberry Rosé Vinegar Gin Fizz
Citrus juice is more common, but vinegar’s acidity makes an equally strong partner to alcohol’s depth and bite. Gin, strawberries, and rosé are summer staples for a reason—and they’re even better together, as in this simple sour cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

Makes one cocktail

3 strawberries, topped and halved
1 tsp sugar
2 oz gin
1 tbsp Acid League Strawberry Rosé Living Vinegar
4 oz seltzer
ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Place the strawberries in the bottom of a glass and top with the sugar.

Using a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon, crush the berries until they begin to release a bit of juice.

Let sit for 5 minutes.

Add gin and vinegar, stir to combine.

Top with ice and seltzer
. Garnish with more strawberries, as desired, and serve.
